Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Assess current Dynamics 365 CRM setup and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Design and implement end-to-end customer journey mapping within CRM

Build and configure Power Automate flows to manage lead nurturing and follow-up sequences

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement

Proven experience designing automated workflows and lead management processes

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI preferred

Strong understanding of CRM data models, sales pipelines, and customer journey orchestration

Familiarity with Dynamics AI features and their application in sales / marketing automation
