Job Title : Fitness Center Studio Director - Multiple Studios

Job Description :

The Studio Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of the following studios at The Fort Athletic Club : Hot Zone, Base Ops and Flight School. This includes overseeing the daily activities of each studio, leading and motivating instructors, ensuring high-quality fitness programs are delivered, and maintaining a positive and safe environment for members. The Director will work closely with other departments, including EYS and Bunker, to meet goals and maintain the center's reputation as a top fitness facility. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Studio Operations Management :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of each studio

Hire, train, and manage a team of fitness instructors

Develop and implement a variety of fitness programs and classes based on market trends and member needs

Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the studios’ programs and classes

Assist with creating and managing the studio’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met

Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including fitness class safety standards
