Department : UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy

FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $67.27 - $94.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Required Licensure / Certification : State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
• PGY1 residency preferred
• Experience in ambulatory and / or inpatient operations preferred
