Job descriptionEstablished and transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings $700K to $1 Million. Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2. 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, relocation and more. Executive level benefits include medical, dental, health, and malpractice insurance with tail. Located within an easy drive to Detroit, and the Western shore of Lake Michigan and under three hours to the Chicago Metro area. This dynamic Ophthalmology practice is looking for a motivated physician to lead one of their offices in Michigan. This partnership track position offers strong compensation plus extraordinary clinical and surgical support staff, an affiliated surgical center and a great work / life balance.
The Opportunity :
- This physician owned practice offers you a voice and provides you with the resources to practice at the top of your license.
- Lead one of their six offices in the region and build your practice how you like.
