Job descriptionWelcome patients and families to our prestigious pediatric practice with warmth and professionalism Coordinate patient check-in process, including verifying insurance information and updating patient records Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently to maximize provider availability Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing assistance and information as needed Process payments and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the prestige of our practice Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems Compassionate and empathetic approach to interacting with patients and families Commitment to upholding reputation and standards of our pediatric practice
