Registered Nurse - Loyal Home Care Services

We're looking for Registered Nurses in various locations in Worcester County, MA (See Below) to be at the heart of our client's care. As a registered Nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse in the state of MA, and provide exceptional care that our clients rely on to stay safe at home. Duties :

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Develops and updates a written plan of care, ensuring it is re-evaluated as necessary.
• Provides skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
• Documents care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
• Leads case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• Supports patient / family cultural practices, provided they don't interfere with medical treatment.
• Promotes patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

Qualifications :

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).

Must have an up-to-date CPR / BLS certification.

Must provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.

Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.

Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.

Must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Must have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two (2) years.

Must provide current health certificate / physical examination and TB testing results.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation :

$45 per visit

$40 med administration

$100 per admission
