RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet incoming and departing guestsEscort guests to assigned dining area and present menusSeat guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preferenceInform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoffScreen incoming calls to the restaurantManage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areasProvide accurate wait times to incoming guestsTend to guests’ needs and requestsObserve needs throughout dining experience to ensure guests receive high quality serviceProtect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policiesAssist in the dining room by setting / clearing tables and serving beveragesMaintain Tumbleweed uniform standardsPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
