Hardware Engineering Manager

Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership across hardware development projects.
• Manage and mentor engineering staff through all stages of product development.
• Oversee hardware support, including compatibility and custom requests.
• Define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive hardware processes : concept, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate with software, manufacturing, and product teams for seamless integration.
• Prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and track KPIs.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Support training initiatives and comply with corporate standards.

Supervisory Scope :
