While managing a million-plus dollar-a-year restaurant, you will develop business disciplines in accounting, human resources, training, marketing, sales building, and cost controls. Essential Job Requirements :

• Ability to work a 50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
• Out-going personality.
