What You'll Do

• Partner with TPAs to manage Workers Compensation claims nationwide, helping to drive the claims management process, and reviewing appropriateness of reserves and settlements.
• Work with field operations team to gather relevant documents to assist TPA with investigation and adjustment of claims.
• Assist Global Risk Management team with various tasks and projects, including reporting, exposure gathering, certificates of insurance, and invoice processing.
• Provide reporting to Senior Leadership on a regular basis. Identify high priority matters. Routinely provide feedback and data to operations to minimize company exposure and drive better business results.
• Identify changes in Workers Comp results through review of analytics, investigate reasons for changes and implement processes to improve quality of file handling.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $57,600 $98,548 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
