Compensation : $130,000 - $180,000 base + equity options

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Content Creation : Conceptualize and produce short-form video content to support product launches, case studies, and customer marketing efforts.
  • UX / UI Design : Craft seamless, modern user experiences for web and app products, leveraging tools like Figma to iterate with speed.
  • Marketing Design : Develop a consistent visual language across digital marketing assets including landing pages, social media graphics, and digital ads.
  • Brand Leadership : Champion design consistency across all creative touchpoints while evolving the brand identity.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work alongside founders, engineers, and marketers to translate company goals into impactful design strategies.
  • Design Innovation : Stay at the forefront of design trends and motion design techniques to ensure content remains fresh, bold, and industry-leading.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional design experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments (startup or agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Mastery in design tools such as Figma , and motion / video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects , or Final Cut Pro
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence across UI / UX design motion graphics , and digital storytelling
  • Deep understanding of modern design principles, including typography color theory , and design systems
  • High degree of independence and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Passion for user-centric design, clean visual storytelling, and pushing boundaries creatively.
