Key Position Details :

• 7 FTE (56 hours every two-week period)

Job Description :

Provides excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. Coordinates patient intake, coverage determination, payment coordination, and delivery methods to ensure seamless patient care for those obtaining specialty medications.

Principle Responsibilities

Manages large call volumes.

Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and records the information in Excellian.

Tracks patients and medication utilization.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $24.08 to $33.00 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
