About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to warm leadsindividuals who have shown interest but did not complete their business registration processand guiding them to successfully finalize their registration with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80100 outbound calls per day to warm leads.
• Engage prospective clients in consultative conversations to understand their needs.
• Persuade and assist leads to complete their business registration.
• Accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead data in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve lead conversion strategies.
