Vice President of Digital Delivery & Systems

Are you a forward-thinking technology leader ready to shape WSECUs future driving digital transformation at a member-focused financial cooperative WSECU is seeking a collaborative leader to oversee our digital channels champion innovation and ensure our technology initiatives delivery maximum value for our members and staff.

The Vice President of Digital Delivery & Systems is a key contributor to the business strategy accountable for recommending planning and leading all digital initiatives building and reviewing business plans managing system health and deciding on build buy or partner solutions. They direct a team that supports development teams and configures technology platforms to support smooth business operations overseeing all digital member interactions. They will combine their technical expertise with business insight assessing needs technology options and return on investment to deliver value. The VP also plays a vital role in mentoring and developing direct reports and acts as the primary advisor for our Agile cross-functional teams (CFTs).

What youll do :

Strategy and Planning :

• Partner with the Chief Digital Officer and peers to own and drive WSECUs digital delivery strategy
• Translate long-term division into actionable digital roadmaps and innovative solutions
• Oversee system performance investment portfolios and digital budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and high satisfaction

Competitive Base Pay dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and full-time benefits package.

Where were located : 330 Union Ave Olympia WA. Employee must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. This is a hybrid position that blends working in-office and from home working onsite at least two days per week.

When youd work : Monday Friday 8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm full time minimum 40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility to meet service needs for this Exempt position
