Set quietly and prominently on a cove in suburban Germantown, one of Tennessee’s safest cities, Crestwyn Behavioral Health is a state-of-the-art behavioral health facility that provides care for adults and seniors with mental health and substance use disorders. Crestwyn Behavioral provides leading inpatient psychiatric programs for individuals experiencing crisis from substance abuse, mental health issues, or both. The facility has recently expanded in size with 128 inpatient beds.

We are looking to hire a facility Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Crestwyn Behavioral Health. The CFO is an integral part of the senior leadership team and expected to participate in the financial and functional decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the facility’s operational and financial goals. The Facility CFO has responsibility and is accountable for overall financial operations and all aspects of the day-to-day fiscal management of the facility.
