Key Responsibilities
Drive scalable programs to enhance customer adoption, retention, and health
Lead change management efforts to ensure the adoption of new tools and workflows
Deliver dashboards and reporting for KPIs, retention forecasts, and risk management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
Strong expertise with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight)
Experience in leading change management initiatives across teams
Proven track record of improving retention and adoption through operational solutions
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for building dashboards
