We’re partnering with a well-established hospital system in the The Villages area to hire a full-time MICU Registered Nurse for night shifts. This role offers a chance to work in a high-acuity ICU environment with excellent support, growth opportunities, and a generous sign-on bonus.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

Shift differentials offered for nights and / or weekends

Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

Your Role

Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in the MICU

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customized care plans

Perform and document procedures, monitor patient status, and teach patients / families

Lead quality improvement initiatives and support compliance efforts
