Job descriptionHandle and convert a steady stream of 250+ qualified leads per month Build rapport quickly with prospects to establish trust and uncover insurance needs Educate clients on various property and casualty insurance products Recommend appropriate coverage and close sales Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in CRM Ensure compliance with industry and company standards Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a high lead volume Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and quoting tools Goal-oriented and driven by performance-based compensation Base salary + generous commission structure Salary plus bonuses equaling $50,000 to $120,000+ annually Performance bonuses and incentives Professional development and training support Company Culture Providing the right coverage for customers at the best price Relaxed Work Environment, Low Stress, Customer interaction with respect both directions Engaged Agency owner involved and willing to help support employees
