Description :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack PHP Developer to join our dynamic software development team. You will drive innovation and support our MailView™ enterprise platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, user-friendly solutions. You will play a key part in automating business processes and ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Type : Full-time, onsite (Weston FL)
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30-5 : 30PM, requires on-call and after-hours support as needed

Software Development & Integration

Design, develop, and implement business solutions primarily using PHP Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Develop and support RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Stay up to date with the latest front end cross-platform technologies such as Flutter, and apply them where appropriate.

Process Improvement & Automation

Streamline, standardize, and automate business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and proactively implement improvements.

Security & Compliance

Apply a security-first approach to all development activities, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of solutions and data.

Maintain awareness of secure coding practices.

Collaboration & Support

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Provide technical support, create SOP documentation, and deliver training to users as needed.

Be efficient with escalating and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure user satisfaction.

Requirements :

Experience and Qualifications :

Required

5+ years in similar role implementing enterprise automation solutions.

5+ years customizing and optimizing UI for multi-device support (phone, tablet, and PC).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with scripting and programming (Linux command line, PowerShell, JSON).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences, including process documentation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Software development certifications.

Background in secure coding.

Preferred

Experience managing Linux containers and VMs, especially for LAMP stacks.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket).

Experience with AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS certified preferred)
