Payroll Specialist Opportunity
Our client is seeking a diligent Payroll Specialist to support their growing payroll operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to join a collaborative finance team. Key responsibilities include managing and processing payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining and updating payroll records, reviewing timesheets, wage computations, and other information, responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits, preparing payroll reports for management, and assisting with year-end tax reporting. Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements include an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, working knowledge of payroll software and MS Office Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, and discretion in managing confidential information.
