Our corporate headquarters is located in the 90036 Wilshire area , and we are seeking a strong procurement leader to support our expanding footprint.
About the Role
We are hiring a seasoned Director of Procurement to design, implement, and oversee purchasing operations across all 20 senior living communities. This is a brand new role , offering the opportunity to build the procurement function from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong vendor management experience, and exceptional operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all procurement activities across the organization
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, pricing, and performance
Develop and maintain order guides and standardized purchasing protocols
Conduct and lead contract negotiations to secure competitive terms
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and spend analysis across locations
Implement purchasing systems and efficient workflows
Ensure product consistency, quality, and on-time delivery across communities
Partner with operations, culinary, facilities, and leadership teams
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
Qualifications
Senior-level procurement experience required
Strong background in vendor management, purchasing, and contract negotiation
Experience with order guides and multi-location procurement
Strong budget management and analytical skills
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
Ability to work onsite at the 90036 corporate office and collaborate with 20+ locations
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000–$110,000+ depending on experience
