Job description

Join our dedicated radiology team as a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist! We are seeking an individual with strong technical expertise and exceptional patient care skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Position Details :

  • Type : Full Time (0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week)
  • Schedule : 12 Hour Nights
  • Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses available for qualified candidates.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Employ clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and evidence-based guidelines to manage computerized tomographic imaging.
  • Advocate for patients and their families, addressing ethical and clinical concerns with effective communication.
  • Create a supportive and healing environment for patients while ensuring their comfort.
  • Educate patients prior to scanning procedures by explaining processes and addressing questions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and ensure efficient exam flow.
  • Maintain high standards of practice by performing necessary safety checks and validations before imaging.
  • Perform other relevant clinical duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Associate Degree required.
  • Must possess a New Mexico Computed Tomography License (NMCT) or Provisional License (NMPCT).
  • ARRT certification is required.
  • BLS certification is required.
