About The Position

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified OB / GYN Physician to provide locum coverage in Grass Valley, California . This is a short-term assignment with 24-hour call coverage.

📍 Location : Northern California

📅 Dates Needed : October 15–17

🏥 Setting : Hospital with dedicated Family Birthing Center (L&D floor) and OR for C-sections

Schedule / Availability

24-hour call coverage

Short-term assignment (3 days)

Clinical Details

Duties include : Deliveries (avg. 23–30 / month), C-sections, and ED call coverage for OB / GYN-related cases

Procedures : Full scope OB / GYN (specifics TBD)

EMR : Cerner

Support Staff

On-call Anesthesiologist (after hours & weekends)

General Surgeons

3 local OB / GYNs + 1 Family Medicine OB

Pediatrician on-call

Skilled Respiratory Therapists

Job Requirements

• Board Certified OBGYN or BE within 5 years –  Required
• CA License –  Required
• DEA –  Required during credentialing
• Malpractice –  Clean Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear –  Required
