Job Description

Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and logistics across various locations. Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for project teams and clients. Enforce safety protocols and maintain high standards of job site organization. Travel to project sites as needed, typically on a rotational or assignment basis.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to different job site environments. Willingness to travel regularly and work on out-of-town assignments. OSHA certification and familiarity with scheduling software preferred.
