Job Description :

• Oversee daily job site operations and manage field crews
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections across locations
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
• Travel to assigned project sites as needed (typically 1-3 months per location)
