Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Skills :

Considerable skill in the operation of machine tools and the use of precision measuring devices.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to determine work priorities and delegate work to others.

Ability to read and work from sketches, specifications, and blueprints

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Must have experience of a wide variety of machines.

4 and 5 axis machining centers / milling machines

Manual and semi automatic lathes and milling machines

Surface and cylindrical grinders

Excellent Fixture Design / Work Holding background

Excellent with CNC Applications and Process Engineering and CAD / CAM Mastercam, NX, Inventor, Catia, Solid Works, Pro E

Experiencence Workholding and Tooling design, Program, Set-up, First Part Inspection, and ROI.

Experience with Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial Industries.

Example of projects facilitated include a cell with 3 interconnected 4 axis machining centers and custom designed two turret vertical lathe with a 5 foot chuck.

Proven track record in reliability (6 Sigma) and lean (5S) implementation.

Results oriented professional with meticulous attention to detail.
