YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Certified Dealer Instructor, you lead detailed training courses to educate students on how to safely operate agricultural equipment and get the most out of their John Deere products. Closely following John Deere safety policies and training standards, you conduct certified courses and record technician progress. Before starting a session, you ensure you have all the equipment, vehicles, tools, and other training materials you need. You get your students engaged, track their attendance, and help them prepare for their work roles. Attentively, you tear down classrooms after courses, schedule in-house technician training, and continuously develop your mechanical John Deere product knowledge!

Here's what we need from our Certified Dealer Instructor :

Experience with a computer-based diagnostic repair tool such as Service ADVISOR or a bachelor's degree in a field such as engineering or agri-business would be preferred. A proven track record of consistently meeting performance metrics would also be a plus.
