Role Overview

You’ll be the creative eye behind our studio’s social and promotional content, working directly with our creative and marketing teams to bring our games and community to life on screen.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture and edit high‑quality short‑form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) for Enver’s games and brand channels.
• Create cinematic trailers, teasers, and behind‑the‑scenes content that highlight our games’ stories and personalities.
• Shoot live‑action content with creators, players, and events both in‑studio and on‑site.
• Work closely with the social media manager and content team to execute a consistent visual style and tone.
• Collaborate with the game and design teams to capture gameplay footage, interviews, and creative promos.
• Develop new video formats and storytelling techniques that resonate with Gen Z and gaming culture.
• Maintain a content pipeline for short‑form videos and cinematic pieces tied to game updates, events, and launches.
• Brainstorm and storyboard concepts for campaigns, trailers, and announcements.
• Organize shoots, manage lighting, sound, and set design for maximum quality and impact.
• Edit and color‑grade footage for maximum visual appeal and emotional impact.
• Deliver content optimized for all major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X).
• Implement feedback quickly and maintain high‑quality output under tight deadlines.
