The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the care of assigned patients during their shift, functioning within the Health System's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria, making judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN will also assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff, including LPN / PCT and Unit Secretaries.
