Job Title : Vascular Sonographer

Duration : 14 Weeks

Shift : Day Shift (8-hour shifts 5 days / week)

Pay Rate : $50 $65 per hour ($1875 $2100 per week)

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Vascular Sonographer for an exciting job in Utica NY.

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies including arterial venous and carotid evaluations.

Acquire and analyze diagnostic images ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.

Prepare preliminary reports and collaborate with interpreting physicians.

Maintain ultrasound equipment and uphold a clean safe and organized work environment.

Ensure compliance with departmental facility and regulatory safety and quality standards.

Document procedures and patient information accurately preferably within the EPIC EMR system.

Educate patients about procedures and promote a positive care experience.

Participate in continuous quality improvement and accreditation initiatives.

Qualifications :

Certification : Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Required

Credential : ARDMS Certification Required

Experience : 23 years of vascular ultrasound experience Preferred

Education : Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with a vascular concentration.

BLS Certification : Required

EPIC EMR Experience : Preferred

Strong technical communication and patient care skills.
