    Our core services include FCL and less-than-container load LCL ocean freight, inland transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing. Leveraging long-term contracts with major shipping lines, we provide flexible and cost-effective shipping solutions for importers and distributors in the U.S. market.

    Our U.S. operations currently include more than 1.7 million square feet of self-managed warehouse space across Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Savannah. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our presence and capabilities in key port cities and inland hubs.

    To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Fontana team. This position focuses on developing relationships with U.S.-based clients, negotiating competitive shipping rates, and increasing both FCL and LCL container volumes through our contracted carrier network.

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Develop and maintain relationships with U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, and logistics clients, with a focus on end-delivery (last-mile) customers.
    • Promote and sell the company’s international freight services, especially FCL ocean shipping, leveraging the company’s long-term contracts with major carriers.
    • Represent the company in negotiating competitive shipping rates with U.S. clients based on shipment volume and service requirements.
    • Proactively identify new business opportunities through industry research, trade shows, referrals, and digital outreach.
    • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, handling inquiries, quotations, shipment updates, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal operations, customer service, and customs teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments and resolve any logistics issues.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
    • Track and analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and adjust sales strategies based on market trends and performance.
    • Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to company leadership.
    • Participate in the strategic planning and growth of the company’s logistics business in the U.S. market.
    • Job Requirements :

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, ocean freight forwarding, or third-party warehousing services, with a proven track record in B2B sales or client acquisition.
    • Familiarity with U.S.-China logistics operations, including import / export compliance, FCL and LCL shipping, and warehousing models in the U.S.
    • Strong sales mindset with excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Outgoing and confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.
    • Customer-centric and solution-oriented, able to understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions under tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
    • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
