What You'll Do

Conduct screening of personnel, packages, and / or vehicles entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and prohibited items.

Follow site-specific policies and procedures while carrying out security-related tasks to support the client's operations.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with access protocols and general inquiries.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.

Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence at screening checkpoints to help to deter potential threats and promote adherence to site access requirements.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal staff and client representatives to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
