Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity in California

We are dedicated to supporting clients in building meaningful connections with themselves and their loved ones. By fostering a nurturing space, clients are empowered to explore their challenges, develop self-awareness, and embrace personal growth.

Our approach ensures clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we create a safe space where clients can express their full selves and unburden what no longer aligns with their well-being.

Position Type : Full-time
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
Compensation : $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities :

Provide therapy to clients, addressing mental health challenges.

Develop personalized treatment plans to align with client needs.

Conduct regular sessions and modify treatment plans as required.

Perform assessments to monitor client progress.

Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, referring clients to specialists when appropriate.

Support clients in addressing mental health issues and improving overall well-being.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Active LMFT license in California.

Proficient in working with individuals, couples, and families.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy (preferred).
