The Market President will serve as the face of Intrepid Credit Union in a designated geographic region (Helena and Bozeman), leading market strategy, business development, and community engagement. This position is ideal for a strategic, relationship‑driven leader who thrives on building local partnerships, promoting brand visibility, and driving member growth.

As a key member of the leadership team reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for executing the credit union’s strategic goals at a market level—serving as both a thought leader and a hands‑on operator. You’ll collaborate closely with retail, lending, marketing, and operational teams to ensure your market’s growth aligns with Intrepid’s mission and values.

You’ll also be expected to build and lead a high‑performing team that reflects the community it serves, focusing on service excellence, community impact, and financial performance. Your ability to lead with authenticity, communicate effectively, and build trust across all levels will be vital.

This role requires travel within the assigned market and frequent in‑market presence to maintain strong community relationships and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
