Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Understand individual patients' challenges and create personalized therapy strategies to help achieve their functional aims
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams : Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough and well-rounded patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Teach patients and their loved ones therapy methods to foster progress in everyday settings
• Monitor Progress and Outcomes : Keep track of patient growth and amend treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that progress remains on track
