Immigration Attorney Associate

We are looking to hire a Full-time Associate with 2-6 years of experience in immigration. Our established firm in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a motivated professional with a strong commitment to client service and a passion for immigration law. This role is in-office, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies.
• Conduct client consultations and prepare case strategies.
• Draft motions, briefs, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, interviews, and court appearances as required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and office staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in any U.S. Jurisdiction (Nevada license preferred).

2-6 years of experience in immigration law.

Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
