Sr. Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, specifically with manufacturing facilities, cold storage facilities, and distribution centers. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, making necessary adjustments and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring all members are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to on job sites.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide reports to upper management on project status.
