Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

Join a dynamic team of neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers delivering exceptional neurosurgical care to the Coachella Valley community. This opportunity is based at an exciting Level I Trauma Center in beautiful Palm Springs, California , offering both professional challenge and personal fulfillment. We re seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to play an integral role in managing inpatient consults and supporting patients in the outpatient clinic setting.

Position Highlights

• Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts per week with one weekend per month
• Inpatient Care : Evaluate and manage neurosurgery inpatient consults in collaboration with the surgical team
• Surgical Assistance : Support both elective and emergent surgical cases
• Outpatient Clinic : Provide care for postoperative and elective patients in a clinic environment
• Team Environment : Work alongside two full-time neurosurgeons, two part-time neurosurgeons, and three APPs in a collaborative, patient-centered setting
• Compensation : Competitive salary with opportunities for additional hours and overtime
• Facility : Participate in high-acuity cases at a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
