As the CNC Programmer, you will create and implement computer programs that control the operation of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines used in manufacturing processes. Enhance material utilization and support company production goals through the daily implementation and continuous improvement of CNC machine programs. Meet schedule deadlines to ensure labor and machinery efficiencies.

What you'll be doing :

• Provide daily programs for CNC production equipment (water jet, laser, plasma cutters, turret punch presses, press brakes, machine centers, and panel benders).

Travel :

Some travel is expected during the initial training and pre-launch phase. After the plant launch, travel will be minimal, consistent with a typical CNC programmer role.

The starting base pay range for this position is $29.26 / hour - $36.14 / hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
