9. Analyzes websites statistical reports to determine faculty usage patterns; utilize the websites for teaching evaluation registration systems and links to other web resources for faculty.

12. Supervises and trains volunteers to ensure duties are properly assigned and event runs smoothly; resolves moderately complex situations that may arise before during and after the event.

23. Supervises and trains student assistants on internal procedures and various tasks including but not limited to program and events planning and promotion information management systems and the production of professional-quality workshop materials for faculty and teaching assistants.
24. Designs and edits informational flyers and other handouts; creates and updates webpages for announcements and details of the events to facilitate enrollment for attendees.
25. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Education Business Administration Liberal Studies and 3 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for program management and support; or any equivalent combination of education and / or professional work experience which provides the required education knowledge skills and abilities as indicated.
2. Considerable working knowledge of principles practices and techniques in the field of program management areas as demonstrated by the broad knowledge of the full range of pertinent standard and evolving concepts principles and methodologies.
3. Considerable working knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws rules regulations and theories and systems associated with program management.
4. Demonstrated ability to resolve wide ranging complex problems through the use of creative reasoning and logic to accurately determine the cause of the problems and the resolution of the problems in an effective innovative and timely manner.
5. Demonstrated ability to interpret and present information and ideas clearly and accurately in writing verbally and by preparation of reports and other materials.
6. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations groups team leaders and members and individuals.
7. Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and apply word processing software.
8. For supervisory work demonstrated ability to lead subordinates manage work priorities and projects and manage employee relations.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Possession of a Masters degree in Education Administration Liberal Studies or related field.
2. Familiarity with current and foundational issues involved in strategizing developing and innovating faculty development in higher education.
3. Ability to conduct research on higher education issues to use statistical software such as SPSS and to generate statistical reports.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of HTML XHTML CSS and web editing software such as Adobe Dreamweaver.
5. Working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite and online cloud-based applications (i.e. Google Docs Forms Analytics Zoom).
6. Familiarity with the institutional culture of the university system particularly of the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus.
