Description

ProPump & Controls Inc. specializes in the sales service and installation of automated pump stations and control systems with a growing aftermarket parts business. With offices in North Carolina South Carolina Georgia Florida Kentucky Ohio and Tennessee ProPump serves customers and technicians throughout the eastern U.S. and much of the Caribbean. We are currently seeking an Inside Parts Specialist for our Troutman North Carolina office to support our customers and technicians.

Responsibilities Include :

• Identifying components needed for automated pumping systems including electrical hydraulic and mechanical parts.
• Providing pricing and sales quotes for both internal and external customers.
• Purchasing materials.
• Offering parts information and support to company technicians independent service partners and facility operators.
• Sourcing parts for various pumping systems as required.
• Processing warranty returns.
• Maintaining pricing product data and other information within the companys ERP system.
• Performing all warehouse duties including but not limited to shipping and receiving.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Performing other duties or assignments as directed.

Salary Description

$20.00 - 25.00 an hour
