ENT Physician – Locum Tenens

• ?? 30-Bed Facility | Clinic + OR | 20 Patients / Day

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT Physician for locum tenens coverage in Rhinelander, WI, starting December 1, 2025 and continuing ongoing. This is a full-scope general ENT opportunity, combining clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities.

Schedule Details

Monday : Clinic, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (lunch 12–1 PM)

Tuesday : Surgery Day

Wednesday : Clinic, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (lunch 12–1 PM)

Thursday : Clinic, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (lunch 12–1 PM)

Friday : Surgery Day

Clinical Details

Daily Volume : ~20 patients / day

Department Beds : 30

Cases / Procedures :

General ENT – surgical and non-surgical

Endoscopic sinus and septal procedures (required)

Tracheotomy

General head & neck

"Bread and butter" ENT expected

Audiology Support : 2 audiologists on-site

In-Clinic Procedure Capabilities

Support Staff & Facility

1 RN

6 Office Staff

2 Audiologists

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Active Wisconsin license or IMLC eligibility

Must be comfortable with full-spectrum general ENT including endoscopic sinus / septal work and tracheotomies

Availability for both clinic and OR work, with shared call responsibilities
