Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 12 Pay Rate : $339.50 - $367.50 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Call and requirements : 12 hour shifts weekdays or weekend nights; no call
• Supervision vs independent : Supervision 1 : 3 or 1 : 4
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications required : Must be board certified
• Number of operating rooms : 25
