• Key Responsibilities :
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring : Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, monitor vital signs, and detect any changes in condition to initiate appropriate interventions.
• Medication Administration : Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
• Wound & Postoperative Care : Provide care for patients recovering from surgery, including wound care, pain management, and monitoring for complications.
• Care Coordination : Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Patient & Family Education : Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote recovery and prevent complications.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
