Heavy Equipment Shop Foreman  Responsibilities :

• As a Heavy Equipment Shop Foreman , you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure that our Excavating equipment is maintained and repaired in a safe and efficient manner(Scrapers, Skid Steers, Loaders, Backhoe, Bulldozers, Trenchers, Excavators, Diesel Trucks)
• Shop Operations & Management :
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
• Oversee daily maintenance and repair activities for company equipment
• Personnel Management :
• Supervise, train, and evaluate mechanics, technicians, and support staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
• Schedule work shifts and assignments to meet business needs
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development
• Fleet Maintenance & Compliance :
• Oversight of inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of equipment ensures that all vehicles are road-ready and compliant with regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and schedules for all fleet vehicles( Scrapers, Skid Steers, Loaders, Backhoe, Bulldozers, Trenchers, Excavators, Diesel Trucks)
