• Wide variety of cases with 100% medical direction, doing own cases is negotiable, in a 1 : 4 care team model.
• Surgical specialties include ORS, ENT, GYN, C-Sections, Cardiology (no open hearts), Podiatry, Urology, Endoscopy, Cataracts, Pediatric Dental, General Surgery, Neurosurgery (mostly backs).
• Monday-Friday work schedule (times vary) with protected time off pre / post call during the week (the day before call out first, post call day off). 10-weekend call shifts annually (extra pay for call). Epic EMR for a seamless workflow.
