Founding Engineer

A growing team San Francisco is building the next generation of emotionally intelligent AI systems that combine language, voice, emotion, and visuals to make human and AI interaction feel natural.

As a Founding Engineer, you will work directly with the founders to define, build, and scale the product from its core, applying LLMs and multimodal models to create technology that feels alive and human.

What you will be doing

• Building and scaling multimodal AI systems that integrate LLMs, speech, and visual components
• Designing and developing internal developer tools to accelerate experimentation
• Working across Python to connect backend model serving with interactive frontends
• Shaping infrastructure, architecture, and product direction from the earliest stage
