The Utilities Delivery Executive (DE) is an experienced services delivery leader in the SAP ecosystem providing project and program direction and oversight for one or more strategic this billable role the DE works closely with the customer the Services AccountExecutiveand other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions and is a significant contributor to a successful customer relationship. The DEis responsible forensuring that effective Program Governance isestablishedfor each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle from sales support through implementation and post addition to delivery support the DE supports the positioning of additional SAP Services as needed for thesuccess of the customer.

• Analyze and executeon strategic projects building consensus among stakeholders ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporatestrategyand communicating project goals at a strategic level
• Manage overall services relationship between customerpartnerand SAP during transformations
• Ensure that projects and programs are delivered on-time within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Buildcredibility and trust with customers cultivating strong relationships
• Provide mentorship by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning
• Assist the SAP sales team in the closing of deals by defining the strategy and providing oversightand direction related to scope of services and viability of pursuits
• Identifyand develop business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer businessobjectivesand expanding SAP services on the account

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 151900 - actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
