About the Role
We are partnering with a trusted client on a highly confidential search for a Director of FP&A. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership of $500M across 5 business units and oversight of an international FP&A team (1 Manager and 2 Analysts).
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Debt Collection Revenue Recovery and proven experience managing FP&A for organizations where collections are the core revenue driver, not just a supporting function.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage full P&L for $500M across multiple business units.
Lead FP&A strategy, forecasting, and budgeting for a global team.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recovery processes and performance.
Develop predictive models and financial plans based on historical recovery data and portfolio segmentation.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of FP&A experience in a company where Debt Collection / Revenue Recovery is the primary business model.
Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and financial leadership within the BPO or collections industry.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, predictive modeling, and operational planning.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage international teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : $150K-$180K (max)
Bonus : $25K-$30K historically
