Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) : This involves supervising the daily operations of residential group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Provide Support : You will be responsible for ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to live as independently as possible within their community.
• Team Leadership : You will hire, schedule, lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Persons (DSPs) who work directly with the individuals.
• Quality Assurance : Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations are crucial aspects of this role.
